IESCO Billing Batch Numbers Reorganized For AMI Meters

IESCO billing batch numbers has been reorganized for AMI meters connections in both Rawalpindi City and Rawalpindi Cantt Circles to ensure the accurate and transparent meter reading.

According to the IESCO’s Spokesperson, a letter vide No. 4121-29 dated 1st July 2026 has been issued by Chief Engineer Customer Services (CSD)/Commercial Ghulam Sarwar for reorganization of IESCO billing batch numbers for AMI meter connections in Rawalpindi City and Rawalpindi Cantt Circles.

This initiative has been taken by the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Authority in the context of AMI Project, for ensuring the timely, accurate, transparent and automatic meter reading of IESCO Online Bill.

IESCO Billing Batch Numbers in Rawalpindi City And Rawalpindi Cantt Operation Circles

According to the above-mentioned letter No. the IESCO billing batch numbers changes are as under:-

  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 1-2 replace with new batch number 17.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 3-4 replace with new batch number 18.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 5-6 replace with new batch number 19.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 7-8 replace with new batch number 20.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 9-10 replace with new batch number 21.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 11-12 replace with new batch number 22.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 13-14-15 replace with new batch number 23.
  • Old IESCO billing batch numbers 24-28 replace with new batch number 31.

How to check new IESCO Billing Batch Numbers?

Islamabad Electric Supply Company – IESCO updated his meter reading and billing system to ensure the transparency and correct billing for the IESCO electricity consumers.

The electricity consumers of Rawalpindi City and Rawalpindi Cantt Operations Circles can easily check their new allotted bills reference with updated new IESCO billing batch numbers by following the steps given below:-

  • Click on the button given below.
  • After clicking on the button a dialogue box appears.
  • Enter your old/current bills reference number in the second/below row.
  • After entering, click on the “Search” button.
  • The new bills reference number shown to you on the screen.

Note: IESCO customers can also their new reference number through Consumer IDs mentioned on the electricity bills.
